FAQs
What is included in the curriculum?
Our curriculum includes interactive digital lessons (modules) and supplemental teacher guides for each lesson. The modules contain custom-made videos, quizzes, drag/drop tasks, discussion questions, scripture passages, and prayers. Below is an example lesson.

How are the lessons presented?
Our confirmation curriculum allows you the flexibility to choose when and how to present each lesson. For example, the lessons can be used as a presentation modality in a small or large group confirmation class setting, but they can also be completed by a student at home. To offer the best experience, we have designed each lesson module in two formats: classic and enhanced.
The classic modules are better optimized for mobile device viewing and work well if a more streamlined approach to teaching that lesson is desired (i.e. reviewing a previous week’s content).
The enhanced modules offer more visual components and a higher degree of interactivity (i.e. clicking on certain buttons will reveal Scripture passages). Both formats contain the same content – the only difference is in how the content is presented.
Who is the intended audience?
The curriculum was designed for confirmation age and older. Adults will benefit from the content, too, and we encourage you to use the lessons for a variety of contexts such as new member classes and adult studies.
Is it free? Who can use it?
Yes – the entire curriculum is free to use. If you are interested in receiving curriculum updates (and other LHOS news), you can set your communication preferences:
